Your case stays yours
We never publish client proposals or use them as sales material. What you share with us is used only for your application.
Government grant consulting · Taiwan
Liangxin Ltd. helps small and medium-sized businesses and startups in Taiwan apply for government funding programs such as SBIR and SIIR. We use Claude to turn each client's own materials into clear, well-structured proposals, and every page is reviewed by a consultant before it leaves our hands.
Our approach
Our name, 量心 (Liangxin), means to measure with one's heart: acting with conscience and care, and weighing every decision as if it were our own business.
Many grant consultancies sell on volume: big case galleries and ambitious promises. We work differently, because a funded project only counts if the company can actually deliver it.
We never publish client proposals or use them as sales material. What you share with us is used only for your application.
Inflated targets win approvals and then cost companies their funding at closing. We set milestones your team can realistically meet.
No subcontracting and no copy-paste templates. Every company is different, and every proposal starts from your own business, product and plans.
Services
We review your company's stage, industry and project, and recommend which central or local government programs fit, or whether a loan or investment suits you better.
Project background, technical plan, market analysis, budget and schedule, written in the structure and language that reviewers expect.
We help you define deliverables and budgets that hold up in review and remain achievable through the project period.
How we use Claude
Grant proposals are long, structured documents that must be precise and consistent. Claude is the core of our writing workflow, which lets a small team give every client more time and attention.
Founder
Chi-Feng is a Tainan-based entrepreneur who taught himself to build software. In 2010 he founded 量心 (Liangxin) and built a LINE-based ordering and operations system that helps independent local businesses compete with national chains through shared purchasing, online ordering and customer engagement.
By 2023 the system connected 23 independent stores, and the work was featured in a cover story of Business Weekly (商業周刊), one of Taiwan's leading business magazines.
Today Liangxin Ltd. brings that mix of hands-on business experience and practical technology to grant writing: he knows what it takes to run a small business, and how to make software, including Claude, do real work.
Contact
The first conversation is about whether a grant makes sense for you at all. We are happy to say so when it doesn't.
